Library Newsletter Hello Janney families! Congratulations to our amazing 5th grade class! You are an awesome group, and I wish you the best and will miss you so much. Below I have posted resources that I have gathered, including author activities, read alouds, drawing lessons, live events, and free online book resources. It is also time to start gathering up the Janney library books that you have in your homes and get them ready to return. I will "Turn Your Books In" dates here on this page, as the books will have to get turned in to cardboard boxes. As always, you can check your destiny accounts to see what you still have out (dcps.follettdestiny.com). Directions for logging in are on the Destiny page of this website! Thank you for finding and turning in your books! Kind regards, Mrs. Epperson
Turn Your Books in dates: When you are notified about picking up your students items from Janney, you can drop off your library books at school. Thank you to all of you who have already dropped off books. I spent 8 hours on June 4 checking in books from students! Hopefully I will get back into the library this summer and check in more! You can check to see how many books your students still have out on Destiny. If your student doesn't know how to do this, please contact me and I'll set up a time to walk you through the process.
